Bb bullet runner in sherm turret

Hello, what I am chasing is the bb bullet runner in the Sherman tank turret. I think I've said it right lol. I live in Australia, and due to lock downs in china, the supplier here can't get them.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The feeder chute that deploys the BB's into the airsoft gun yes ?

I would think so.
Don't you still have that Heng Long Sherman turret you didn't want?
