Tamiya: Porsche Turret King Tiger, Collecting for Build
Hi Folks,
Would it be best to obtain a Tamiya KT or a Taigen complete lower and a HL upper and Turret or some other combination?
What is the best lower?
TIA
Barry

If I had money I would buy Tamiya, even static kit and convert it to RC. Heng Long have very basic details. Taigen's lower hull is very good tho.

Thanks for the input guys.
So is a complete Taigen/Torro lower better than the assembled Tamiya?
Details on the HL is not a deterrent, I can do my on detail work.

the concern at Tamiya is that the electronics do not have to evolve, while with a basic Torro, it is possible to replace with Clark, Ibu, beier or Elmod, depending on the finances, there seems to be t ' there now at Torro or Taigen, improved electronics, but invest in a Tam and change the electronics? will quickly increase the note. The solution of Kaczor, is not so bad, and allows to adapt the electronics of your choice, but it is necessary to make mechanics !

Both are good, although spare parts for Taigen are cheaper and widely available.BarryC wrote:So is a complete Taigen/Torro lower better than the assembled Tamiya?
