To confirm, a budget hobby grade radio system such as the Flysky range can be used with the Taigen v3 mfu. The transmitter binds with the receivers and the receivers are hard wired to the mfus using the cable set and jumper supplied with the Taigen tank.
Some Skyfly receivers can be used non-exclusively but most will require you to power down 2nd, 3rd etc tanks. Not a problem - l've seen some very expensive models power off a pit bench!
As for the Henglong tank, just fit it with a Taigen mfu or an open standard board.
