How to bind a taigen MFU?
Hi guys, a friend has a Taigen MFU with that external sound card, and he wants to bind it with the stock transmitter.
I have not seen that set up in my life, so I have no clue how it works. What does he need to do, step by step?
He will have a programable radio soon (I am making one for him) how is that one supposed to be connected? I know hobby grade radios can be used, but I have not seen how to connect the receiver to the board
Thanks!
EDIT: Now my friend is using a hobby grade transmiter (9x) and he cannot make it work. What is he missing?

If it's a V3 it came with six cables to connect the hobby grade TX, and it should have instructions for the order.
To bind the TX you hold down the machine gun button, turn on the TX and the tank, keep holding the button until the light on the TX stops blinking, release the button, throw the switch on the opposite shoulder and the tank should start.

When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

Does he need to do something with the binging plug? To remove it after bingding?
Thanks!

Re: How to bind a taigen MFU?
Hi, some news here. My friend is trying to use his new hobby radio with the taigen electronics but for some reason it is not working.
So far, the receiver is bound to the radio and works, 100% sure.
He connected the wires from the taigen MFU to his receiver. He connected the 6 channels.
He plugged that smal plug where he has to.
When he powers the tank, the fan starts spinning and the receiver is powered. We tested a servo on channel 7 and he can control it.
But it seems there is no way to start the tank. He flicks channel 5 and nothing happens. What is he missing? Thanks!

Yeah, we already got that diagram, but for some reason he cannot make it work. I wonder if he is missing something...
