Torro loose cannon Barrel Issue

Post by DymondTank »

Hi guys ,

I recently purchased a tiger 1 late Camo tank . Once all set up the cannon is loose . Switched on and the cannon sound seems to keep going off , no response to elevate the barrel up and down, I checked the turret the cog is loose . . So I contacted Torro , they seemed to not help me at all . I have sent videos and pictures of the fault . But still no reply back .

So I was asking does anyone have any experience of this before . Can it be easily fixed . Any help would be great .

If there is a fault in a new Tank (Or anything else) your point of settlement is not the manufacturer but the dealer,
If you bought your Tank from a reputable dealer contact them and they should under the current legislation (in the UK) replace it.
Don't faff around trying to fix it yourself, You have a legal right to a new replacement or your money back.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

If you paid by PayPal or credit card, you can make a claim with either, especially as Torro won't communicate with you.

But make sure PayPal are behind you to cover any return shipping if you are required to return it.
