Does anyone know if the Mato tiger1 metal track adjusters fit the HL tiger1? link to one below.

Hi there Kev,

I think this may be a challenge to answer. The Mato tanks advertised today are often all metal and Heng long are all plastic. Often we learn to adapt things to fit,
on principle they should fit the Hull, the real question I would also be asking is will your Original Idlers fit the suspension arms ?. There are Henntec tensioners made
for all plastic Hulls but you may not be able to use your plastic idlers. I would recommend contacting forgebear the RC retailer , he is very good at advice and knows his way around the market place as well being a Mato distributor

Just to throw another spanner in the works, the new HL Tiger 1 hull is different (V6 on) and has a very good metal track adjuster already.

I’ve seen a German company on eBay selling an metal upgrade lower hull with torsion bars and track adjusters for £68. I might treat myself to one of those. On grass my metal tracks jump the idle wheel quite often. I have track adjusters but the are single sided, it doesn’t have a rod from one side to the other plus they look a bit wonky as they run through a plastic hull. Probably the mounting holes have elongated that why the tracks don’t run that true?

I used mato track tension on old heng long body. It 's hard to installed but worked ok.
But in a new Tiger 1 v 6.0 lower hull ,it come with metal track tension and you can lock it inside with hexagonal M3 Brass Standoff.
