HELP! Looking for "coke" bottle antenna spring

:haha: I have spent the entire day trying to make one. I have 3 failed and 2 that are "sort" of OK and one that is not too bad but still does not meet "spec"! I have not given up.....yet. :lolno:

Barry if you are still looking for that aerial spring I wonder if you have looked at the collection of WW2 American Antenna and the relevant parts on this site?

Thanks for the heads up but none of them have the "coke" bottle shape.
I decided to wind my own using a shaped mandrel and piano wire.
This is the result, right now I'm going with them.

I like your scratch-built version better than any of the store-bought models I've seen. That looks really good.
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!
