Has anyone tried putting an HL turret on a taigen upper hull? Im asking because i'd like to make an M50 with the Taigen sherman but since the turret on the taigen is metal, i cant modify the turret in the same way as i can with the plastic HL. I've been told that the taigen sherman has a different turret ring width than the HL as well, is this true?

Everything is possible I've made simillar different modification - Taigen turret on Mato metal hull. To fit I cut out ring from Taigen plastic hull and use it in in Mato hull.

I have a Taigen 76mm turret on a Mato Upper hull which will be for sale shortly...

Do you have a picture of the inside of the upper hull?

I only make bigger hole using dremel and side grider.
