Just curious if by removing the small ring on the barrel of my HL Panzer III it’s possible to remove and replace the barrel with a bit longer one....similar to the one on the P IV with a muzzle brake?

Re: Barrel removal
No, the barrel slots into the airsoft gun and is held in place by the manlet.
Re: Barrel removal
Got’cha kinda thought so as it seemed to be pretty solid .....ok cause I just looked at the PIII series information I have and they never had the type of barrel I envisioned anyways
Guess I’ll just have’ta buy a bigger tank soon

Re: Barrel removal
Good morning,
I have a Pz III upper and turret left over from the early StuG III Ausf B build. I could wrangle up a short barrel for it but the builder would need to provide his own recoil and elevation or take ownership of an extra Taigen unit that I have laying around ( Yes, yes, I am shamelessly trying to clear out my spares a bit since new builds on the way will make those storage boxes overflow otherwise )
regards,
Painless

I rather took it as meaning it doesn't matter what you(TINY) have got you(TINY) will want to changeit . As it is small you want it bigger if it WAS BIG YOU WOULD WANT IT SMALLER.Son of a gun-ner wrote:What???happytank wrote:If you bought bigger you would be looking at smaller.
Auto correct or early hours?
A sort of tank modelling version of 'the grass is always greener' .
I could see no insult explicit or even implied .
Autocorrect and grammar/spell checking are prevalent on just about every post I make (something about my thoughts are faster than my fingers).
