PzIV is it a real picture?

Here are references for the Pz.Kpfw IV G of the 10th Panzer with its 3rd spare wheel. It is interesting to notice the small differences in details between the 2 graphs in what is in reality the same no 13 tank. This Kasserine Pass Pz IV G tank is definitely an interesting subject, likely a future project for many.
