You could always contact a spring manufacturer, the only drawback would be what they consider a minimum order, and how much they'd cost for custom springs.
The other alternative is to purchase a length of tension coiled spring with the correct code wire, which is of the type that allows for cuts and bends, then you can have a little production line, cut to the length you want, then bend the ends. Those coiled springs you'll need are manufactured from malleable spring steel, like piano wire.

I was tempted to make my own, but it's alot of work. I going to give the upgrade springs a try, but if anyone has any pairs or sets if stock Heng long springs laying a out let me know
