Imex has free shipping on all orders over $75. However, if you're already balking at $9 for shipping, you just might be in the wrong Hobby. I needed two Brass gears from Germany that were two euros each, and the shipping on these two 1-gram Parts was over $40. The guys here can tell you horror stories about postage for days. I think most of us have just learned to to grin and bear it.
