Wow! Scale village modeling could be a hobby all on it’s own. I would love to see more. I’ll never have an entire town but I would like to build a rural Russian house or barn and a bridge.

Just to add to Alex's lovely models, I'll mention
I once went ot this model village down in England. It's quite famous: Bekonscot Model Village and Railway, but there are others:

Older English houses (half-timbered, and wattle and daub, and so forth) were very similar to those built by their German cousins. Considering that English (AKA: Anglo-Saxons) came from: Niedersachsen, Friesland, and Schleswig-Holstein originally, perhaps that should not be a surprise. :D In Scotland we call the English 'Sassenach' (gaelic: 'Saxons'/Sachsen). But we also have a few other choice words for them :lolno:

Damn! That is unbelievable. All the animated details and detailed models from buildings to vehicles and weathering and on and on.... It would be so cool to drive an rc tank through some of that.

I would like to know how they build the houses to endure the weather... in our Panzodrom we plan to build the town with concrete and building materials...
