PANTHERTURM BUNKER

Mr Reaper has a project going on that left a spare Panther turret kicking around ..............
I suggested I could build him a Pantherturm strongpoint out of it.
Wont take long, and it should make a cool extra at the club battlefield.
Going to use a surplus RX18 to give it life.
Used a tupperware container with a compression lid.(sorry dear )
Cut a hole in the lid, and carved it out to take the slew ring and just enough room for the rotation motor set.
Bunged some grey primer on it to simulate concrete, and and screwed it to a wooden base I had.
Tonight im working on getting the turret a bit better, doing welds, texturing the armour etc.
Ive used a spare metal muzzle brake on it, and made a couple of handles.
I know most of these were 'A' model turrets, but this is to-hand and its going to do.
Still trying to get the spent shells for the outside, but I will wait patiently for those.
A basic landscape, some barbed wire posts, a bit of dirt & rocks, doneski.
