yes mate, it's a shame, but worst is, only two of us do any work regularly, so the progress is...to slow

Superb work by yourself and your team, you all should be very proud.
well Herr Bix, in the Opening Day, in the Panzodrom there will be a BBQ with a guy roasting meat all day long, and of course beer and other juices... it will suit you? ;D

hello sirs

maybe the events will develop 'fast' for the Panzodrom. As you know, We are only three people who currently invest in the construction process, and only two who do the work

there is still much work ahead. Until now we have only been working and shaping the main zone, or phase 1

the area details are as follows:

total land available that was allowed for us to use: 1400m2
usable area of the Panzodrom phase 1: 300m2
usable area of ??the Panzodrom phase 2: 250m2
usable area of ??the Panzodrom phase 3: 270m2
so
current usable area of ??the Panzodrom: 550m2
future usable area of ??the Panzodrom: 820m2

as you can see, if between two people it took us several years to shape phase 1, and we still haven't finished it, I don't even want to think how long it would take to shape the rest... So, we have decided to stop working in a "minimalist" way, and as far as we can, we will do the most important and most expensive jobs in a short period of time

shape the terrain of phase 2
install a fence
install an automatic irrigation system
replace the wooden pallet wall with one of concrete blocks

the fence is a must, there are marauders, kids, people walking dogs, even riding horses who pass by, and some of them they cause damage and even rob us our trees
the irrigation system is a must too, i'm fed up investing 2h twice a week irrigating our green cover
and the little concrete wall is necessary too, without it we cannot build the concrete floor or base for the town, as we plan to do it with building materials to withstand the inclement weather

so, here we go

making the big lines of shaping in the first expansion, or phase 2, it has been already done by backhoe this weekend. After this, we will have to refine it and give the final shape with hand tools

It is surely difficult to guess looking at the pics, but in this area there will be mountains, hills, a mountain road, two bridges, the continuation of the main road, lots of trees, and if the idea works out, a swampy area

it will took a while, because after giving it the desired shape here and there, we will have to wait to the loose earth to compact

next work will be build the fence, i hope cope with this soon 8)
best regards
