DKLM metal tracks for Tamiya Centurion

Post by lmcq11 »

As seen on the DKLM RC Facebook page are the upcoming Centurion tracks for the Tamiya kit. Its for those guys who do not mind ravaging the landscape wherever they will operate their tank. Not yet on sale, and no link.

I was just wondering how much the VAT would be,
I did not expect DKLMRC to include it in the bill.

I think the follow Link will explain how much VAT:
https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty

The Postage to Germany for this tracks is rated 42,-€ (i think to GB it will be the same amount) = £36.20
£128.35 + £36.20 = £164.55
The standard VAR-Rate is 20%
You have to pay a VAT of £32.91

Complete is £197.46....

Im going to push the admin team for the inclusion of a poop emoji option in the panel on the right ..............for moments like this

ITS AUD$346.36 :O 8O :wtf:
$346!! for tracks, plus a fully catered charter flight in a Lear Jet(equivalent) for postage.
If I was to spend almost 2 grand on the tank model, and then think I could justify another lazy $350 for tracks ??
I would need to get really used to the feeling of shards of broken glass in my ass and a divorce lawyers bill racking up in 6 minute intervals :'(

That sounds really uncomfortable Herman.... ;D I know I bought the last set of stainless steel tracks for the Tamiya KV DKLM had and they were $224 shipped to the US, but they are steel track so I think they are worth it for steel. It will be the only set of tracks my KV-2 ever needs, but I also got rid of my wife long ago so no fear of another divorce in my future... :lolno:
