Nitrotek Discount

Post by wibblywobbly »

Nitrotek have opened a new site. They sent me a 10% discount code : "10OFF"

They also have the kit version of the Taigen Tiger 1 for those that like building their own tank.

And once you visit that site, all the adds on any other site you visit will be nitrotek ones.

I personally won't purchase from any site that uses such intrusive measures.

I Think I would see the Offer more as a warning than an invitation.
The word "Nitrotek" is enough to make me run in the opposite direction.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

I would agree with jarndice, I once ordered a taigen t34 from an ebay seller, after a bit of probing about I found the seller was nitrotek
using an alias of which there was a few all linking back to the same seller, to their credit a tank did arrive quite quickly however the
t34 had turned into a walker bulldog :haha:
it was returned through ebay and refunded

Not uncommon. After a visit to Hobbyking, the adverts I get are nearly all
Hobbyking - these come courtesy of Chrome and Google. It is part of the tailored adverts that Google "provide" as a service to users!. Can't blame the retailer.

I installed Ad-blocker years ago, I never see any ads at all, no interruptions to You Tube videos and nothing anywhere, targetted or otherwise. I also have a cookie killer, and turn off tracking. My internet life is complete. :D :D :D

One can blame the retailers, they sign up and pay for this service, and they put the cookies in my phone for Google to find.
I never get adds for forgebear, tankbear, Haya, Ludwigs, Welsh Dragon etc.

There must be another way - every day, without fail, I remove all the tracking cookies on my laptop and my phone, yet still the adverts appear. I have an ad blocker on both and unlike wibblywobbly, they still manage to bypass it.
