A gift for GLAD & BAD clubs

Post by Tankbear »

Hi guys I’ve a Panzerfaust gift for each club.

Image

Basically it’s a little device made by RCTA which you power from a battery, and it randomly fires IR battle code and makes a sound (machine gun and main gun). The IR code works with Heng Long, Taigen and Tamiya code so should work against any IR equipped tank.

So hide in a building or under a bridge and point the IR across the battle field. Then if your tank is unlucky driving across the middle of battle field when it fires it gets you.

Further more it is possible to add a IR receiver (HL/Taigen style plug) so your tanks can fire back at it for target practice etc. Although once you shot it to death you need to unplug battery and power up again to reset it.

Hi Ian
On behalf of the GLAD club a very big thank you. Next time we see you we will have to pick your brains a little bit on how it works ?
I can build a 25 pounder look a like, and hide it in a burnt out building or something similar.
Thank you very much.

Your welcome guys.

Dead easy to use, plug battery in after about 10 seconds you should a hear a little talk then it goes into auto mode where it just fires IR randomly and makes a sound.

But no problem I run through it when I'm there briefly next month.

Put it in one of the pillboxes. Must be about the only structure that's not been driven over.... :haha:
