Is this the guy on ebay ? I think I bookmarked another panzer command as every time i try to access it , it says closed for maintenance.

It is the guy on Ebay, I have dealt with Lewis a couple of times and found him very helpful so have no problem recommending "Panzer_Command" as the others have said.
