Follow up, I have bought many more items from Jack Wang and he's been 100% reliable. He is "Mato mart", unfortunately they do not have all the parts you'd like, but there is also have another store on Ali express "Heng long store" they are also very reliable.

Looks like he's a Mato distributor...not sure if he is connected to Matomart... but it's just a guess...mostly because he doesn't accept Paypal
