I use this company http://www.sylmasta.co.uk for moulding rubber to knock out dozens of jerry cans, stowage and suchlike for my tanks. Whilst at the model show at Telford I got talking to member of staff about this and that. They couldn't have been more helpful with hints and tips.
I just mentioned that I was using more of the catalyst to set the mould than I was rubber therefore I was running out with lots of rubber compound left over. The owner said leave me your address and I send you a bottle of the catalyst free . Through a breakdown in communications the wrong catalyst was sent so they sent YET ANOTHER bottle free, all at thier time and expense. He didn't have to do that, I would have bought some anyway but I thought it was awesome customer service making me a cert to use him again in the future. Well done. They also sell air brushes and lots of other modelling stuff, well worth a look.

Re: Sylmasta.
Agree with that - lovely bunch of people. They also do their own brand of modelling clay (like Milliput) which I can recommend.
