Very well done, beautiful!
Amazing work.
I designed up some for fdm in 1/16 but due to size and process they are simple and lack details.
These resin engines look great.
Very impressive and I can imagine how much time it took to draw.

I m really impressed by this post. Since a long time, I search what colors use to paint engines. Now, I found the good post.

Thank you very much. It is clear and with good explanations.

The bergepanther owner has a video on Youtube with a bergepanther crush a sherman tank and a little boat? It is an armortek panther transformed in a bergepanther?
Sorry for my spelling mistakes, I try to do better every day...

Thanks for the kind words!

Then you'll like it even more painted like this:
MP,
You're right! I do like it even more! It's amazing how a cool, but nondescript lump of plastic can be transformed into something so lifelike! Outstanding job!

Cheers,
Eric.

Well... Honestly... Some guesswork too. ;-)

That's my video, the Bergepanther is owned by a friend, the other one is mine. Armortek built 20 Bergepanthers, no conversion needed.

Very strange :problem: . I spoke in comments on YT, with someone who said he was owner and said to me than it was a panther transformed in bergepanther, because all 20 models of bergepanther was sold...

Kees van Rijswijk is the owner, but the model was build by Phil Woolard. Afaik it was one of the 20.

By the way: The video recently reaced ONE MILLION VIEWS! ;D

After shading that small part I decided the whole engine could use some shading!

For replicating the 'metal' effect on the parts I used my trusty tootbrush again for some drybrushing

And soms dust

F#ck it, let's put it everywhere haha!
