easy mod for your KT, carefully pop the rear door off, remove the door from it's hinge. next use a small drill and drill the door and hinge, taking care to align them correctly, to allow a hinge pin to be inserted. refit, attaching only the hinge and you now have an opening rear hatch.

It is Steen, there was a picture but it's disappeared with the changeover. Just slide a sharp knife behind the door and hinge and cut the retaining pins and don't force it off.
