I have recently been buying this series of book and have found them very useful.

Full of in depth diagrams and schematics.

Not badly priced at £9.99

I absolutely agree with you Merlin indeed the only downside to them is that they are based mostly on 1/35 and 1/24 but for all that there is much to be learned from reading them and there are many sources of reference within the pages to help with further research, as you say very good value.   shaun

Hi Jarndice the Osprey books I have are about the real tanks not the models, albeit the Osprey model books are good the version I have are much more in depth.

Semi WHOOPS!!! :{ :{ :{ Because I do have an Osprey Tiger 1 and a Panzer 4 reference which for the price are good value and being soft back get referred to more often then the hardbacks in the bookcase, I just assumed wrongly that you meant the modelling books. shaun

I found the T72 book a let down.

Most of the book goes on about the different varieties made under license but very little detail on any of them. Overall read the Wikipedia page and you get same information.

Most of them are on one of the on demand book apps.
