Announced yesterday from an excavation in the fens. A shame they didn't get someone who knew something about them to write the article, but then, it is the Sun. There is a better report in The Times, but access to it is restricted without a subscription.

An amazing state of preservation. I've always fantasized about living on the Continent and bumbling across some forgotten piece of one of the World Wars. I guess I'll have to content myself with finding Native American arrowheads.
