Is there anyone who does repairs? The IR battle function isn't working and also the barrel won't move up & down

Can you tell us what kind of tank? (Brand/model?)
Where you doing anything before it stopped working? Or went to use the tank and stopped working?

Its a 1/24 Unimax Forces of Valor panzer
The IR function isnt working. Also barrel wont go up/down
