Sorry mods, not sure where to post this but it needs a clear and immediate heads up. We cannot lose another icon so please, if anyone can bring this to the urgent attention of an individual, group or body who can claim to be able to store and save this beauty you'll get the best Christmas present ever. Yes, l know it's not a tank but it is a military icon with service!

Not sure Tom. Great video that! But yes, it really was an accident occifer....hic
Edit: Bruntingthorpe, fast taxi run. Lots of great vids out there. The most impressive bit was not the lift off but the pilots realisation that he had to rise, level, realign with runway and then land and stop without compounding the crime by taking s circuit and making a proper approach.
But is that the one here? Wasn't that already in private ownership?

It's currently located as a gate sentry at a UK airbase, forget which. I've no idea what assistance you'll get regarding its relocation but if it's not to a suitable airstrip then road transport and wing removal issues will arise. That's if it's currently airworthy?
Think l'll have s chat with my local ASDA store as l'm sure their carpark could accommodate it's storage. Landing it between the trolley stands my be an issue though.
