You'll want one of these two-speed gearboxes.

It has enough grunt for my metal Sherman.

Gary has a LOT more videos on the subject, though.

Hello. I heard throught the winds that people were talking power plants for tank transporters.

Depends how far you want to go. The 2 speed with metal gears and 370 motor is about minimum in my eyes. But if the trailer gets hung up it can stress the electrics quite a bit. 2 speed on plastic would be ok for short time, but the gears will strip.

If you want power all day long I have 2x different dual motor setups for 2s upto 4s lipo.
The one Wayne has above is dual 370 and is mega powerful. It needs complete metal drive line as it will twist and break nylon in seconds. I have one in my Vietnam Era M123 and run 4s and it can pull.
But it's also fast if you want.
There is also a dual 180 motor setup which can run 2s or 3s and is super slow but the torque is unreal.
