Got a reply from hooben.
The price will be around 300USD
So it probably is cheaper than a complete one from ludwig.

Not probably, definitely cheaper than Ludwigs.

The Clark one will be good if he stops changing drawings and actually produces something.

I'm not sure what happened to Hooben, I had high hopes they would become a Chinese Tamiya. The T-55 was unique, a pretty good kit for a first attempt and it looked like a new player in the 1/16 RC kit market had arrived. The follow up Elefant had some suspension issues but nothing too major and it was a good looking kit. The Porsche Tiger and Maus apparently entered production but I've never really seen enough of either of them to comment and who knows if the Abrams or Leopard will ever see the light of day. Now they have started to focus on these RTR models that to be frank, look pretty crap. I not sure about the change in tact but maybe it what the Chinese market wants?

Yeah pretty much.

The Cromwell lets be honest it’s about time. Clark’s will be $699 according to website and I haven’t seen enough about hoobens attempt so for me it will be another kit from Ludwig. Just like the crusader and soon to be ordered valentine

Guess we'll see who gets to market first. Clark claims he will have his proto out within 60-90 days. Given Hooben's track record they'll be available mid-year, maybe sooner given March was their target date.

I could always buy someone’s scratch build blue prints and build one. Save some money.

Any offers??

Hooben's quaility leaves much to be desired but finally something British. And it even have Polish markings ;) PS. Preordeing is not a good idea.

But but but... it’s a mass produced (of sorts) British tank! Hurrah!
