Hooben 1:10 Hetzer
Another 1:0 scale model from Hooben after Tiger and Sherman. Personally I don't like wheels and tracks - seems too flat in comparison to real thing.

No, the idler's vertical, Wayne. The wheels are leaning in, a bit like they do on race-tuned wheelchairsmidlife306 wrote:Is it just me or is that rear idler at a wonky angle??

They should probably try and master 1/16th scale before going to 1/10th

Re: Hooben 1:10 Hetzer
Mantlet seems off, too, plus it lacks casting detail, also Hooben is staying with solid wheels, ie, non-rubber tires which is a sin at this scale. Was told photo etched parts will be standard like on the Tiger which I hope means replacing those molded fenders. I'll get some photos when see one in a couple weeks but was told its available to ship mid-November. Understand the T-34/76 will follow mid-2020.
Speaking of 1/16, Hooben has some new releases scheduled early next year. Given the subject matter, I hope they do this one right with rubber tyres.

Re: Hooben 1:10 Hetzer
Hooben is starting to ship their new Hetzer. Believe it's currently only available in gray but saw these posted the other day on WeChat.
Looks like their Pz3 Ausf L is next out the block followed by the T-34.

Any idea if it's a T34/76 or /85?
