Sad news from Christian Ludwig Modellbau...

Post by jhamm »

Hello,
most of you know Christian Ludwig Modellbau.
During the night from Sunday to Monday one of his lipos seems to have caused a fire while loading.
the fire has destroyed most of the workshop.
All existing orders and his entire tanks are lost ...

Ohh bloody hell, that’s absolutely heartbreaking....
I hope the necessary insurance was in place.

What a tragedy. It does highlight the dangers of charging lipos unsupervised. I just hope his insurance covers the damage.

This is indeed sad news and any modellers worst nightmare :( it's terrible to think that a collection built up over some years can disappear in a matter of moments, hopefully Christian was covered for such an event and can find the heart to rebuild again,

Cheers, Lee.

Thankfully, he is ok and also communicating. It's very sad but also an opportunity to rebuild and modernize. I am counting on Chris to be there for decades to come. Not sure what I would do otherwise.
