Thank you good Sir!

Between restoring cars, home improvements and the hobby I am surprised I have time to sleep! :haha:

My Mrs. love my tanks, she wants me to get a big display cabinet for them and put them in the big room... My wife is awesome supports all my endeavors so I have alot to be thankful for.

I am Thankful to all the guys here, I am no subject matter expert on Tanks, I do read alot but it always seams that when you think you know all there is to know about tanks someone finds something or has some new data that just amazes! I am always learning here

Cheers!

That's a very fine collection of tastefully kitted out armour, E.F  My collection has also expanded to the point where visitors are apt to find tanks where they're not expected to be :O :D But, at least, in your case, they can hang their coats and hats off those handy gun barrels :D
One space I've managed to keep armour-free so far, is the Bathroom. But it can't last :| mmm o-
Ahhh...'cos that's where the Tauchpanzer's heading when it's finished!!

My battle group at the moment as at the end if the month there will be a IS-2 being recruited. Obviously there is work to be done as one of the King Tigers needs painting as does a Tiger 1.The Sherman needs a board which is being sorted.

You have some of my favorite tanks!! Looking at the size of the room you photographed, looks like you have alot more room to enlarge your collection :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:

Nice Battalion!

Well, I did post a Rollcall of unfinished tanks back in November, and got some interesting responses. Meantime, finished/ rolling versions are indoors on two sets of bookshelves, and sundry other places where spaces used to be.
viewtopic.php?f=33&t=26372&hilit=unfinished+tanks
For me though, the list of unfinished projects (queue?) is growing long enough to exceed my 'best before date'... :haha:
Currently:- Asiatam StuG IV; Tamiya Pz IV; Tamiya Panther G; Sherman Firefly; Cromwell Mk IV., StuG 111/Tauchpanzer combo (alternate arrangement built on Taigen alloy chassis). Lately added to that 8O : Tamiya Jagdpanther (totally unbuilt) and now the Comet (awaiting kit from Chris..)

Note for purists, the Firefly sits quite neatly on the Taigen PZ 111 alloy/ABS chassis (albeit back to front 8O ) :lolno: )

I've just boxed up all the projects I'm working on as I'm determined to finish some before I start a new project.
So here's a complete list of things I'm working on-

T 17 Staghound*

M3 Grant
Sherman II
Cromwell
Matilda
Challenger 2*

SU 76i (Pz III conversion)

Jagd Panther
King Tiger (Porsche)

Wow! :O , Woz :D
and I thought my 'to do' list was getting out of hand :D Mind you, you do have some real beauties there, by the way, unfinished or otherwise. Just bought your Cromwell commander's cupola from Shapeways, by the by, and will use it as an alternative to the one I built (or bumbled) from scratch. It's a fine piece of work. I also used your Cromwell shackles.
Keep up the inspirational work.
