Raminator finally home from work and you are correct. There are two speaker ports if you so choose. Here's the schematic

Now time to hit the computer and figure it all outImage

OK so this board is pretty cool...

The system has the built in 2x20 amplifier and can run separate channels for dual sounds. I am setting mine up to run single speaker at this time.

The connections of the 4 switching inputs, the 12 switching outputs, the 2 servos, the volume potentiometer are a available.

The data cable and the second loudspeaker are optional and not required.

The ability to add functions (12 in total functions) and sounds is vast and as I translate the German and go through the detailed instructions you can operate a multitude of lights sirens and the like.

The USM-HL-2 can play up to 4 sounds in parallel. That is, in addition to that
Drive / motor sound, are simultaneously up to 3 additional / random sounds played at same time like music! The two servo ports can synchronize to dedicated sounds.

I'm setting mine up to run 2c lipo and you have a choice of audible alarms or it will speak to you to tell you the battery voltage is low and then it will automatically shut the system down to protect the battery.

They recommend the lipo since the board draws a bit to put out the sounds and sound changes.

Working on it today wiring it up is a breeze.

Now the bad....

The only issue I encountered was my fault. The rc5hl from Rc tanks Australia will work with the original version of this board but not the new version I have in my Tiger I

No problem. Now I need a Taigen board and remote or a Torro board and remote control.....

(isn't this the fun part we all live for? )

If anyone has one available let me know or I'll just but one from Taigen.

I also will post my 6ch 2.4ghz Mato radio and matched rc5hl

Carl

I bought mine specifically for a Taigen tank.

That is the intended use of the board ( or Torro) by Beier but we knew that already. :S

So simple plug in and play once I had loaded the sounds I wanted

Tiger 1 Mid Torro,
Tiger 1 Late Taigen,

Exactly Mr Tiggr I was just hoping to utilize the setup that I already had to get the "hobby grade radio feature". After reading further into the Beier instructions you actually gain a bit more stick functionality from the Torro Taigen radio remote then I would if I had used the rx18 (2.4ghz) from Heng Long.

Though both are compatible

Yes Mr Tiggr. The Taigen board with remote and speaker kit has been ordered from Taigen in Florida. Will be here this week and then the fun beginsImage

I will be setting up the Beier sounds to run dual speakers since the Taigen kit comes with an additional one.

It's been a very busy weekend so far....

Paul once I get it setup you'll be first to knowImage
