Anyone watched/watching the videos on youtube about the Tiger 1 build?
Using real period parts and repro's.

Yep, the U-tube series is very good.
The best thing is that they are aiming for making the Tiger a runner.
They rushed to get it ready for this years annual display, so now they can take their time & get it even better, and get the drivetrain sorted.

I did not know Australia had such a nice tank museum with so many rare tanks. You are very lucky to have such team, with obviously a lot of passion for German armor, with available skills, time and money for large tasks.

Great museum, great YT channel and Facebook page. They said that this Tiger will run in the future using modern engine and transmission. And now they are during restoration / rebuild of Jagdpanther and Stug III.

Its good, They are now doing weekly episodes of restoring a Stug and a Pnther alternating weekly check them out as well.
