There was a truly impressive array of models in competition there, Louis- all worthy of admiring glances...and even a touch of envy. But- another astounding Imcq11 creation has won through again. :)
We can enjoy your builds (and the way you present them), but we can also learn from the ingenuity, and lateral thinking that goes into producing them.

Hi,
Thank you very much !
As an old timer in the modelling world, I am trying to pick subjects that most people have not seen before, or i try to bring some new aspect. My style is using simple tools on usually fast builds with solutions that avoids getting bugged down in over engineering or despair, always doing my best and not hesitating to redo something i think i could have done better. I sometimes think i should leave TOTM to others but its the work of others that inspired me to improve myself over the years so i hope the contest can inspire others like i was, have a vision of what they would like to have, to experiment, and push it further. As i builder rather than a player, i think this is fun and i do not see building these models as work.
thanks, Louis
