Re: Cromwell from Hooben
The Clark version of the Cromwell looks much better, but both have a reputation for missing release dates so my expectations are already low... I think I would take a chance on being an early adopter of the Clark Crommy, but I don't think I'd waste my money on the Hooben before seeing a review on it.

Ah right. Bummer. Better save my pennies and wait for clarks. If and when it appears.

Very interesting. This could mean that other significant manufacturers will take note, and perhaps bring their own version to market.
Looking at this one, The drive sprocket looks very odd indeed. It projects well beyond the rear of the tank. It should look like this: Click to ENLARGE
Still, one must whinge...or look a gift-tank in the muzzle - to mangle metaphor.
I'd say it's certainly a promising development

Re: Cromwell from Hooben
There are some missing parts on prototype (like side mudguards and element in the back)

NO, that part- or at least the top section of it (the exhaust section) is in place, albeit too small; but the sprocket appears to project well beyond it, and it shouldn't. Allowing for the awkward angle, and a sort of parallax effect, it's still in the wrong place. A full side profile would give a better view, I guess. Thanks for posting, though

Re: Cromwell from Hooben
Also turret seems too small? Anyway we have to wait for final product

Re: Cromwell from Hooben
While the model is missing parts that affect its overall appearance, they will be (presumably) supplied with it: the fenders, Storage boxes, Air Intake cover, and much more. Nonetheless, I'd agree that the turret does look a shade smaller than it should.Kaczor wrote:Also turret seems to small? Anyway we have to wait for final product
Wait and see is best, yes.
