Late Tiger 1 Idler Wheel

Can anybody tell where I can get a decent pair of 1/16 Late Tiger 1 Idler wheels. I need just the wheels.
I can find the the right diameter but it seems the profile of the hub is all wrong. Or is it a case of Buy the right size and then spend time making a better hub.
