xianghui1982628 on the ebay

Post by 50koruny »

Once again another illegal commercial use of my Hetzer.
Absolutely shameless person.

xianghui1982628 on the ebay.
Hui Xiang on Facebook.

I contacted him about a year ago when I found him on eBay selling my model without permission.
No one has permission to sell my models commercially.
It's my IP and only Warprints sells the kits.

He tried to talk me into giving him permission (only after he did it without my knowledge and i contacted him).
Of course the answer was NO.

After the negative answer, he kept trying to find some legal loopholes to sell them.
In the second picture you can see his current sales method.
He thinks that if he buys STL files for each sale, it's fine.
Of course it's not okay, because commercial use is not allowed.
And this IS a commercial offer.

Today he contacted me again on eBay, left me at least 10 messages.
He did it again only after he posted the listing on eBay.
Even though the answer was already NO a year ago and he deleted the listing then (first one).

I want nothing to do with this guy and in no way do I want him to sell my models.
I have already filed complaints on eBay, YouTube and I will continue on.
This man has no backbone.Absolutely shameless.

Once again, this is another reason why I won't be releasing any new STL files.

PS.:this is obviously a poor quality copy, probably made from PLA and brittle resins, with no surface finish and far from Warprints kit standards.

Some creators of e.g. figures currently do not sell STL anymore, but print and sell ready-made... For obvious reasons.

For sure. For this reason, all my future releases will be only 3D printed kits.
No more STL files.
Enough is enough...

I hope eBay gets on this since they have no problem freezing funds at the simplest bit of complaint from any buyer--nevermind somebody ripping off copyright permissions.
May I suggest you produce your own kit for sale in two versions: your warprints quality kit AND a PLA display kit like this seller's version but at a price of $250? Make it clear it's less expensive for a reason (PLA) and the cheapskates will still buy yours; the rc tank builders will buy your PETG kit. He'll never sell any of his kits since yours are cheaper. A bit of a hit for you, but a way to shut him down for good...maybe...probably not...

Its combination of PETG, ASA, ABS, classic resin and the most durable resin on the world (Siraya Blu) actually. Not only PETG.
But i get it.
There is only a few guys that wanted to do static kits.
Anyway, basic version of my usual kit costs 228€ - its a version without hardware package but with all materials named above, so its possible to build static model with this kit and you can convert it to RC model easily in the future.
With sugested PLA version, it will be almost impossible. At least not with the usual properties and durability.

I am sorry you have been again hurt by those who do not respect others. Please keep us informed of/if eBay takes any action.

Thank you.
Listing was removed, but he still continues doing this.
Absolutely shameless person.Literally worst creature that i have met in the RC tank community.

Right now, he purchased files on Cults3D.

Going to try to shut down his ebay account completely, Cults3D account as well.
I will do some other things as well.

Publishing of the STL files was HUGE mistake.Lesson learned.

Here is this slug's ad on facebook marketplace:

Interesting to see Montreal, Quebec as his location. I realize some designers have royalty arrangements but not with 50koruny's.

Yes, because he is from Montreal.
Nice find, by the way.
Anyway, in this listing, he is offering only models from these two designers, which agreed with that.
But i will keep an eye on his FB listings just to be sure.
