Hmmmmm, a metal turret? That's not Tamiya, plus their Sherman is the 105mm howitzer version, and the one you got is not. Was this a fully assembled Tamiya tank that someone has modified? If you paid Tamiya prices then you need to be contacting the seller. More pics please!

:) Good evening,
You would not have omitted the post presentation? which allows other members to know a little more about you, your knowledge of RC models, and it's more user-friendly. For your question? this isn't a Tamiya Sherman? if sold as is? big mistake!! except important modifications, Tamiya does not make metal turret, and the base support crown rotation? does not correspond to Tam. the barrel recoil / elevation system is an "Asiatam" mechanism more often used on Heng Long, Taigen, or Torro, perhaps Mato? but the metal turret (personal opinion) is not original. When is the electronics? which is very suitable, is Heng Long, it is also equipped with a wiring system for 360 ° rotation of the turret. Other photos would be welcome

in view of the 3 small Ball bearings on the turret base, does not exist on Tam, plus Taigen, Toro?

The upper hull is as Taigen 76mm sherman IR version with 360 rotation the lower you haven't shown the board is a heng long V7. The taigen wiring is very different to the heng long wiring and the flash wont work with the heng long board depending on what lower hull you have it would be better to get a Taigen V3 board and controller then the turret will plug straight into it.

Jean1970, quite right, the simplest, and to use this:
Platinum V3 with sound module, specific Sherman, and its transmitter
https://www.rctank.de/Sherman-Platine-T ... ule-de-son
TX for V3

Different wiring diagrams, depending on equipment

"have ordered the necessary parts and will no doubt be back as soon as i mess up": now that's my kind of humor! You will be fine. I have installed over a dozen Taigen V3 boards with sound cards, smoke units, etc., and had no problems. It's a great start for those of us who take tentative steps with electronic. Keep us informed.
