Luis, you are truly one of the masters of scratch building on this forum. Wonderful M3! How/what did you do to those bogies? It is a wonder for many who want a pre Sherman or even an early M4.

I suspect they're a little more refined than when I did mine. The return roller is a little too high on these.

There are a couple of options available to convert to the early type bogies, vandra models used to make a resin conversion set but I'm not sure if they still do, you can also get them 3D printed from shapeways and I believe WCP models on this forum were also designing a set so it may be worth checking out, hope this helpsHow/what did you do to those bogies? Cheers,Lee.

I've modified one of six for my M3 but could not fit the spring. I would love to figure this out, would open the possibilities for M3s and early M4s.

This is the 3D printed conversion set from shapeways Ecam, as shown in the first picture you cut just above the screw hole which also retains the spring for the wheel suspension, you can then fit the top part over this and it will work just like the original setup
Cheers, Lee.

Hi thank you very much for your words about my models.
I used vandra models resin conversion set for M4 bogies with shapeways wheels
