There are better radios, but that one is Ok. Years light ahead than the Fuaba anyway, and for a fraction the price.paulc wrote:Hi all thanks for replies just wondering are the FlySky FS-I6X any good for me as I've spotted a couple on fleabay here in the uk
Receivers also easily available and affordable.

All the radios work with all the tanks.
The more channels the better.

Except old Heng Long, Taigen, Torro, Mato etc, they have their own codes.Rad_Schuhart wrote:All the radios work with all the tanks.

Of course I meant with hobby electronics, not those.Son of a gun-ner wrote:Except old Heng Long, Taigen, Torro, Mato etc, they have their own codes.Rad_Schuhart wrote:All the radios work with all the tanks.

BUT all those boards have a flysky chip receiver inside, so it means it is possible to control them with a hobby radio, we just need somebody with interest in cracking the code.
At least that is what Kevin from RC tanks australia told me.
