New Taigen metal M4A3 75mm Sherman

Post by PainlessWolf »

It looks like Taigen has stolen a march on Mato by introducing this metal lower hulled, metal turreted and metal suspension and running geared little marvel a month early. I had no idea this was in the works.
Mato's 75mm Sherman is out as well but I have not heard anything about the motor types, TXs available, etc., hence the stolen march by Taigen. This should be a very popular Sherman, moreso even than the very, very good HL Sherman.
regards,
Painless

Looks like they copied your lower Painless :haha: ....super nice tracks :O ..I want some :D ....Looks like Shermans are finally getting some attention...sure wish one of the companies came out with the small hatch versions though ;) ...didn't care for the detail on the back of this tank...but still it's something to look forward too... might keep the prices on the Mato competitive :D

Also seems like they've had an eye on the board too... as it looks like they are going with higher ratio gearboxes and torque motors :D

Alpha,
Funnily enough, when I saw the tank, that was one of the first things that ran though my mind, "an all metal lower for Maxine" ;o) I've got a couple of nice Shermans, no doubt. No sense in not making improvements as they come along. *chuckles* I'll bet the idlers on this tank have bearings. No more metal washers needed. ;o)

Painless

Big Question Painless...WHAT TOOK THESE COMPANIES SO LONG!!!!!!!!!!???????????? :haha: ...the Sherman has been so neglected...odd since it is probably the most prevalent tank ever ...The suspension on this has me intrigued to say the least...idler looks a lot better than the Mato... so we'll just have to wait and see ;)

Have seen the detail parts for the all metal mato I would be please toy suprised if this can match them! Looks like a nice tank, we've been crying out for a 75mm Sherman for an age.

Well as far as the Matos go.... I'm shooting for the Wolverine...Going to sit on the fence on the Shermans...they both look good....but I already am familiar with the Mato VVSS version of suspension... for some reason these Taigens look a little more impressive....but it's definitely a wait and see deal...maybe wait for a few reviews on the models when they come out ;)

OH...I really like the tracks on this one too ;)
