Ok, I took off the shaft and attached it to my drill and this is what I got. The shaft is the same on both videos but different drive wheels.

I found that the sprocket on the shaft was mounted incorrectly here is a video of what I have found.

Thanks guy, no discouraging here. As of now I have it torn apart and have removed the twp head lights and all the stuff on the rear of the tank. Starting to putty up the holes today. Thanks again for all the help and helpful words. By the way my Panther G is coming along great, will post some pictures soon on my old Panther G build post.

My tiger stock also wobble, my first thing to do is retighten the wheels axle, sprocket, and idler. But no good. Second I put another ring inside idler (not that the one already attached to hull), because I noticed that idler is the most wobbling from all. You know what? This works great...I can do superspin even in rough terrain without any loose off track. But I also order for metal track and tensioner right now...
