Note that the pink piping does not go lower than the collar flaps. I was originally fooled because the stitched piping itself continues.

Getting close now.
Still a bit to do like epaulettes and collar insignia but the look is near enough.
I will seal him so when I try the hat piping and it goes bad, I can quickly wipe it off.
