It's raining, it's pouring,
My missus is snoring,
I went to bed, and bumped this thread,
So I didn't have to do it in the morning.

There once was a man from Surrey
Who’s voting prompts weren’t so blurry.
He kept bumping this thread
So he could hop into bed
And not wake up with a worry.

There once was a man from Illinois,
Who spent a fortune for his tanks special noise,
He can't wait till September,
To show it in its splendour,
Oh little boys and their toys. . . .

Edit; I know the S is silent in Illinois, but it works in black and white :haha:

Ha ha ha! You’re too much, man. That’s excellent and quick as hell! I’ll have a drink of what you’re having. Maybe two.

Thank you Mr Jimster.

Years ago I used to make up little rhymes and made up news stories about forum members on a game forum, the members used to love it when their forum name was used. I had a "news" thread especially for it.

I'm going to have to make a note that it's ok to chat in this thread once the poll starts :{

Oops. My humble apologies. I’m not known for following protocol. And me being a newbie and all!

No worries, I have been setting the bad example :haha:

But in all honesty, it is when the submissions are coming in that it's best not to chat in this thread to keep it tidy for browsing.
But now the voting is on, I guess it isn't so bad, and I have been experimenting this month by posting to bump this thread, just to see if it made a difference to its views and votes.

There was an old lady who swallowed a fly.
But don't worry, it wasn't a firefly.
We still have six pieces of armour for you to admire.
And please don't forget to cast an all important vote for your favoured model.
That way, it makes making up lots of drivel all the more worth while when I'm bumping this thread.

Funny how our time zones work. Here in America it’s whiskey O’clock. And my horse isn’t winning :'(
