Good for your Dad! That is indeed a nice find! I would of been proud and very happy to take it home too! I'm sure you'll have it up and running great in no time! I really like the weathered, battered look of it! Looks like it was really "there". :thumbup: :clap:

Now you need a U boat too!

Hope you have a pond nearby! We'll be waiting for a video!

It's been out already. Moffat duck pond. Although it did struggle in the shallow muddy water. But hopefully can get it sailing in a better pond soon.
Videos a must for sure, dont worry we will get something :)

Aw man, I have build that one aaaaages ago, when it first came out from Matchbox. Long since gone, I have recently found the Revell rebox, and it's in my stash and high on the list of things to build. And still wondering if I should RC it, as was my dream with the Matchbox one...
