Blitz

Heng Long/WPL are now manufacturing 1/16 scale RC trucks, so it seemed sensible to create a forum area dedicated to the amazing things that members are doing with them. Post your builds, mods, and tips here.

The 88 weighed over 7 tonnes and was usually towed by a Sdkfz 7 or 9. I would think the Opel Blitz would struggle with the weight.

I have to say that I do wonder what is passing through Jackolopes mind as he controls his multi-thousand Horsepower Iron Horse along the Eastern seaboard of the USA.
What would I give for a job like that

Could well prove too much, but in the later stages of the war when they were running tanks on wood burning stoves, maybe even a Blitz could serve another purpose. ..

I agree, Will, but only for military trucks, no matter what brand. I think the civilian trucks should go in with RC Cars & Trucks, but I don't make-uh da rules here today, Baby. (ten points if you identify the film I stole that from).

Me too, but I stole the line from a movie called 8 million ways to die. "You don't make-uh da rules here today baby. I make-uh da rules here today." Said by Andy Garcia to Jeff Bridges.
