Re: 1/6th Oddballs Tank
Thanks everyone for the kind words. This forum is excellent!! Been working on that darn speaker. Finally, have it done. Has a little Bluetooth speaker in it and plays great. If I could figure out how to show a video, I would:(. Also finished my grilles I made.

Re: 1/6th Oddballs Tank
hello,
First of all congratulations about oddball and his tank; it is both masterpieces! ( where do you find oddball head? Do you make it yourself?)
Well , being a beginner in radio control (1/6 is a fairly huge scale!), I wanted to know if you could help me by giving me a diagram of the connections to be made from the spiker’s workshop engines for the dragon sherman as well as the list of electronic parts to buy in addition to this kit? Spiker seem to be the right place to Start ...
I would like: to roll the tank forward / backward, to turn it right / left, to turn the turret, to have the recoil of the gun with a light diode for shooting, and above all to have the sound (shooting, rolling) and perhaps smoke so which lipo battery ( or other ) i must buy ? In facts wich electronics to take for all this ?
thank you in advance for your invaluable help....

Hi Bender, sorry for the late reply. Yes I made the head sculpt from a head sculpt I found online. cast the head and then did some modification and glued the beard on. I don't have a diagram but see attached pic of how I have it set up. I hope this helps. This is my first project so I am still learning. I bought a Flysky FS i6X-6 controller. Should give you all your movement.

Re: 1/6th Oddballs Tank
I have finally finished. I am trying to figure out how to do a video. If I can do this, I will upload it running. I will also post on the gallery page.

That's a stellar job! Here's an odd idea: send a photo to Donald Southerland.

Love this - the movie was the first I saw without my parents. Pink paint bombs and hidden gold blew my childhood mind LOL.
