Hi All,
I don't know what they are called, but these are the plastic masks that allow for the painting of the wheel itself without painting the rubber tire (which may not be removable from the wheel without breaking the rubber wheel). Make any sense? Specifically looking for the mask applicable for the Tamiya 1/16 Panzer IV road wheel.
Thanks to all who 1) Can properly interpret what I'm talking about and 2) who can help me out.

Thanks Sgt. K. A very good primer you've attached there. A number of good alternative approaches to the project. There's always more than one way to skin a cat, as they say.
Thanks gents.
