Excellent performance, Walter! Your results are amazing.
Based on personal experience and preference in speed of movement of a tank model, I think that the gear ratio 60:1 and Johnson 395 engine with 10 anchors (12 volts / 11200 revolutions per minute) will allow you to achieve optimum speed and maneuverability of the tank.
If you decide to use motors at a voltage of 7.2 V, it is better to use a gearbox with a gear ratio of 30: 1.

I have two Johnson 395 motors on order. When they arrive that will open a new perspective on experimentation.
You mite be right those new motors with a gear ratio 60:1 could perform a lot better then the motors I used.
I am not sure what the max voltage on my TK-22 is, but I have a feeling it could be around 7,2 v
With the motors I used and my independent power supply I use for testing 7.2V and 30:1 gear ratio are most definitely to slow.
